Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment has been received and verified.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping & Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product and destination:
- United States: 7–20 business days
- International Orders: 10–30 business days

Multiple Packages
Because products may be shipped from different suppliers or fulfillment centers, you may receive your order in separate packages and at different times.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system. During this time, tracking updates may not immediately appear.
Shipping Delays

Incorrect Addresses

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of being placed. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
